Biography

Fan Pengju, MD, Attending Physician. In 2008, he studied facial plastic surgery at the Plastic Surgery Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences; in 2009, he studied facial plastic surgery at Seoul National University, South Korea. He innovatively proposed four new suturing methods, a full-thickness skin graft meshing technique on the dermal surface, and a meshed skin grafting technique on the tissue surface of the subdermal vascular plexus. Among these, his refined dissection of frontotemporal flaps has won the New Medical Achievement Award from Central South University and Xiangya Hospital multiple times. He has published more than 20 papers as the first author.
